Nordhealth, a cloud-based healthcare SaaS company, completed the acquisition of Aspit, a developer and supplier of cloud-based information technology operation services, from Kistefos, a private equity investment firm, for $45m. “After spending the past twenty years building Aspit together with great colleagues and customers, it is a privilege to join forces with Nordhealth.
