SK Eco Plant to acquire DDS from Korea Development Bank for $50m.

Synopsis

SK Eco Plant, an eco-friendly ecosystem platform, agreed to acquire DDS, a medical waste treatment company, from Korea Development Bank, a wholly state-owned policy development bank, for $50m. “In the future, KDB will continue to focus on providing financial support through continuous investment and loans to advance the waste-related industry, a conventional industry," Ki-Ho Yang, Korea Development Bank Vice President and Head of Capital Market Division.
