Private equity firm NGC Nachfolgekapital completed the investment in DIREKT CNC-Systeme, a company specialized in tasks especially in the CNC technology for wood, plastics and aluminum. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment in DIREKT CNC-Systeme was made in connection with a succession plan. The two founders continue to assume management functions and are complemented by an additional managing director to ensure the long-term succession of the company to the next generation.
