Advantus completed the acquisition of Victory Light.

Advantus, a privately-held manufacturer of consumer, commercial, and durable goods, completed the acquisition of Victory Light, a designer and developer of office and decor products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Victory Light further diversifies and expands our extensive office products portfolio," Kevin Carpenter, Advantus President.
