SK Group completed an investment in Monolith Materials.

SK Group, a collection of diverse multi-national manufacturing and service companies, completed an investment in Monolith Materials, a next-generation green hydrogen and clean materials company. Additional investors included NextEra Energy Resources, Perry Creek Capital, Azimuth Capital Management, Cornell Capital and Warburg Pincus. Financial terms were not disclosed.
