Doman Building Materials, a wholesale distributor of building materials and home renovation products, completed the acquisition of Hixson Lumber Sales, a supplier of wood products, for $375m. “The transaction is a great complement to our existing US operations while further advancing our growth strategy and developing a leadership position in the central corridor of the US, in areas such as Texas that continue to have extremely strong growth activity.
