Aurica Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Babel, a digital transformation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Along with organic growth, it will be possible to make acquisitions that provide new capabilities and achieve the objective of being leaders in our geographies," Rafael López, Babel CEO.
