Fortress Investment Group, an investment management firm, agreed to acquire a portfolio of real estate assets from Colony Capital, an American international investment firm, for $535m. “This business and its underlying assets fit perfectly with our existing business and our deep wells of experience and expertise in managing highly complex investments across a full range of asset types, structures, industries and geographies,” Noah Shore, Fortress Managing Director.
