Bankinter to acquire eight hotels from Meliá for €205m.

Bankinter, a commercial bank, agreed to acquire eight hotels from Meliá, a Spanish hotel chain, for €205m. Both Meliá and Bankinter will contribute €20m to the creation of this new limited company, with which both will have a 10% stake, which will be managed by GMA , in turn shareholder, as reported by Efe from sources close to the operation .
