Berkshire completed a $500m investment in Nubank.

Berkshire Hathaway, an American multinational conglomerate holding company, completed a $500m investment in Nubank, a Latin American neobank. The investment is a part of a $750m Series G funding round extension at a $30b valuation. Other investors include Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Tencent Holdings, Sands Capital Management; Invesco, MSA Capital, Sunley House Capital Management, Verde Asset Management, Tarsadia Capital and Absoluto Partners. The new funding will be used to continue this international expansion and to make a concerted push into the investment sector.
