nVent Electric completed the acquisition of CIS Global from Guardian Capital for $200m.

nVent Electric, a provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, completed the acquisition of CIS Global, a provider of mission critical power and server rack-mount slide products for the rapidly growing data center and networking industries, from Guardian Capital, an operationally focused private equity firm, for $200m. “With Guardian’s help, we achieved significant and diversified growth across all aspects of the business, expanding international operations, adding product capabilities, and further penetrating key customers.
