Magnum Capital to acquire Eserp Business & Law School.

Magnum Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Eserp Business & Law School, a provider of authorised to deliver university-level education services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The incorporation of Eserp to the project opens the opportunity to work together in the digitization of new university degrees and masters to build the educational model of the digital age," Magnum Capital.
