Sightline Payments to acquire JOINGO.

Sightline Payments, a FinTech company specializing in digital payments solutions, agreed to acquire JOINGO, a mobile engagement and loyalty platform for the casino gaming industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition positions Sightline to provide a more robust digital payments experience in casinos.
