1K1V and Crossfin to acquire Sybrin from EOH for $30m.

One Thousand & One Voices, a private equity fund and Crossfin Technology Holdings, a fintech investment holding company, agreed to acquire Sybrin, a global technology company providing payment and information processing solutions, from EOH, a South African company specialising the provision of technology services, for $30m. “1K1V acts as a bridge between Africa and the United States, bringing talent, expertise and technology from Africa to the United States and vice versa. We intend to help Sybrin expand its footprint internationally and unlock synergies with our existing technology investments,” Hendrik Jordaan, 1K1V President and CEO.
