One Thousand & One Voices, a private equity fund and Crossfin Technology Holdings, a fintech investment holding company, agreed to acquire Sybrin, a global technology company providing payment and information processing solutions, from EOH, a South African company specialising the provision of technology services, for $30m. “1K1V acts as a bridge between Africa and the United States, bringing talent, expertise and technology from Africa to the United States and vice versa.
