The Beaumanoir Group completed the acquisition of Caroll from Vivarte.

The Beaumanoir Group, a retailer of clothing and accessories, completed its acquisition of Caroll, a manufacturer of women apparels, from Vivarte, a textile and footwear company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this operation, Caroll would have the financial and human resources necessary to pursue its growth as a leading brand in the wardrobe of a chic woman who lives with the times and more than ever anchored in her time. The brand would join a group of mode able to devote the necessary investments to its growth dynamic, particularly in digital and international sectors," Vivarte.
