Valkyrie Enterprises to acquire Rolands and Associates.

Valkyrie Enterprises, a rapidly growing large employee-owned business, agreed to acquire Rolands and Associates, a provider of comprehensive, computer-based modeling and simulation solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of R&A allows Valkyrie to continue to expand our modeling and simulation capabilities, as well as adding Operation Level of War to our tactical level warfighting training and exercise support profile," Gary Lisota, Valkyrie Enterprises President and CEO.
