EQS Group completed the acquisition of Business Keeper from Macquarie Group for €97m.

EQS Group, an international provider of regulatory technology, completed the acquisition of Business Keeper, a provider of innovative compliance solutions for preventing and combating white-collar crime, from Macquarie Group, a private equity firm, for €97m ($118m). "As a pioneer in digital whistleblowing systems, we are now contributing our expertise and many years of experience in the compliance sector to EQS Group AG.
