TA Associates, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Elos Medtech, a producer of medical products, for $211m. "In order to achieve the long-term potential of the business, we believe that significant investments are required, and with our knowledge, network and resources, we believe TA Associates can help the company with its continued growth journey," Lovisa Lander, TA Associates Principal.
