Capiton-backed Euro Vital Pharma to acquire Korott Group.

Capiton-backed Euro Vital Pharma, a pharmaceutical company in Hamburg, agreed to acquire Korott Group, a manufacturer and distributor of vitamins, minerals, natural cosmetics, as well as sport supplements. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the acquisition of Principle Healthcare, the Korott Group further expands EVP's European reach, product portfolio and own production capabilities.
