Suma Capital completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in A Contracorriente for $18m.

Suma Capital, a Barcelona-based private investment fund, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in A Contracorriente, a Spanish distributor, for $18m. Suma Capital’s financial support will speed up A Contracorriente’s transformation and help evaluate different strategic alternatives, both organic and non-organic expansion.
