Proserv, a provider of sale and rental of production technology equipment, to acquire the Abu Dhabi business of Dron & Dickson, a firm engaged in the supply, assembly and maintenance of hazardous area and industrial electrical equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This deal presents genuinely exciting possibilities for us.
