Procuritas Capital Investors completed the acquisition of Frendy.

Procuritas Capital Investors, a Nordic private equity house specialized in initiating, structuring and financing buy-outs, completed the acquisition of Frendy, a new IT services platform based in Finland. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have completed the formation of Frendy. It is a really exciting opportunity for Procuritas to create a new company in this sizeable fragmented market currently serving SME customers in Finland,” Jussi Holopainen, Procuritas Investment Manager.
