Stonepeak-backed Digital Edge, a data center firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Indonet, a provider of connectivity, cloud access, and colocation services, for $165m. “Together with Digital Edge, Indonet is best placed to capitalize on the market growth of Indonesia.
