Constellation Automotive, a provider of vehicle auction and re-marketing services, agreed to acquire Rockingham Motor Speedway, an operator of a specialist automotive logistics center with additional serviced offices, for $108m. “This investment is an exciting next step in the development of Constellation Automotive Group and the growth of cinch.
