Befesa to acquire American Zinc Recycling for $450m.

Befesa, a waste recycling services company, agreed to acquire American Zinc Recycling, a manufacturer of zinc goods, for $450m. “This transaction brings together the two established leaders in our respective markets to create a global leader in recycling electric arc furnace dust.
