Berylls Strategy Advisors, a global management consulting company fully focused on the automotive industry, completed the acquisition of Heinrich Huhn, a reliable partner to the mobility industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are convinced that we will be able to successfully develop the Heinrich Huhn Group going forward based on our existing competencies in the areas of product and production technology together with our market know-how, customer access and proven restructuring expertise,” Jan Dannenberg, Berylls Managing Director.
