Deutsche Beteiligungs-backed Vitronet, a telecommunication infrastructure services provider, completed the acquisition of Meyer Strassenbau, a civil engineering consultant. FInancial terms were not disclosed. “The Meyer Strassenbau Group is a valuable reinforcement for the vitronet Group. Fiber optic expansion has developed into a major growth driver in the Meyer Strassenbau Group in recent years.This creates many synergies between us.
