Learnosity to acquire Questionmark.

Learnosity, a provider of assessment infrastructure for the learning industry, agreed to acquire Questionmark, the end-to-end assessments, proctoring, badging, and reporting solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership brings scale and deep expertise to Learnosity’s capabilities for the corporate, government, and certification sectors.
