Summit Partners and Veranex completed the acquisition of Ximedica, Quartesian, and Boston Healthcare Associates.

Summit Partners, a private equity investment firm, and Veranex, a provider of tech-enabled services dedicated to the medical technology industry, completed the acquisition of three complementary solution providers Ximedica, Quartesian, and Boston Healthcare Associates. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to partner with Pat Donnelly, David Dockhorn, and the rest of the Veranex management team to help them execute on their vision of building a fully integrated design, development, and commercialization solution for the medtech industry.
