Quadrant Private Equity completed the acquisition of Affinity Education from Anchorage Capital for $500m.

Quadrant Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Affinity Education, a privately held provider of early childhood education, from Anchorage Capital, a specialised private equity firm that focuses on operational turnarounds and special situations investments, for $500m. Quadrant is expected to expand Affinity’s network of centres and build out its team.
