Fortino Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Sigma Conso.

Fortino Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Sigma Conso, a provider of software, training and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the past two decades, we have become a sizeable European player by serving our customers with great software and deep expertise.
