Montrose Environmental Group to acquire Vista Analytical Laboratory.

Montrose Environmental Group, an environmental services company, agreed to acquire Vista Analytical Laboratory, an environmental laboratory company for the testing and analysis of polyfluoroalkyl substances. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have Vista join Montrose.
