Ethypharm, a European pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of Altan Pharma, a specialty pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets injectable medicines for hospital use, from Malin, a publicly listed company investing in highly innovative life sciences companies, for €105m.
