Marseglia Amaranto and York Capital Management, a global private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Global Solar Fund, a renewable energy producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Today GSF plants produce 240 GWh per year. About 80% of the 643k panels are installed on particularly innovative solar tracking structures, the so-called biaxial trackers.
