Finerge to acquire WTG Group.

Finerge, a green energy supplier in Matosinhos, Portugal, agreed to acquire WTG Group, a renewable energy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is another step in pursuing our strategic objectives and consolidating our presence in Portugal.
