Charme Capital, a European mid-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire Bianalisi, a provider of laboratory services for clinical analysis and specialist diagnostics, from Columna Capital, an entrepreneurial investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are glad to welcome a blue-chip investor like Charme, who will make a significant contribution to the success of the sector consolidation strategy.
