HANNOVER Finanz to acquire a 64% stake in Dental Direkt.

HANNOVER Finanz, a private equity company, agreed to acquire a 64% stake in Dental Direkt, a manufacturer of implant and dental technology products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dental Direkt is a great company that has grown strongly in recent years. We know the dental market very well and are convinced of its growth potential. As partners of the founder and the management, we want to work on further development in the long term and expand the company’s market leadership both nationally and internationally," Christian Lömker, HANNOVER Investment Manager.
