HANNOVER Finanz, a private equity company, agreed to acquire a 64% stake in Dental Direkt, a manufacturer of implant and dental technology products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dental Direkt is a great company that has grown strongly in recent years. We know the dental market very well and are convinced of its growth potential.
