Amorepacific, a manufacturer of personal care products and cosmetics, agreed to merger with Aestura, a derma cosmetic brand, in a $110m deal. After the merger, Aestura will be converted into a division within Amorepacific, the surviving corporation. The merger process is expected to be completed on September 1, 2021.
