The Vistria Group-backed Edmentum to acquire Apex Learning from Education Growth Partners.

The Vistria Group-backed Edmentum, a global pioneer in education technology, agreed to acquire Apex Learning, a provider of blended and virtual learning solutions, from Education Growth Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As the school year comes to an end and districts evolve into new models of teaching for the fall, so too must Edmentum continue to grow to meet those needs.
