Bravo Capital completed the acquisition of Lorenzi.

Bravo Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Lorenzi, a microfiber provider for the luxury leather goods industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. Lorenzi has become the leading supplier of top luxury brands given its proven business relationship with Asian manufacturers, deep knowledge of the very broad microfibers world and ability to advise brands and provide them with custom-made products.
