Kingswood Capital-backed Versar, a global project management company, completed the acquisition of the environmental services unit of Black & Veatch, an employee-owned global engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Black & Veatch is a distinguished name in the engineering industry and Versar is pleased and proud to have a unique opportunity to acquire strategic environmental services capabilities to further support our government and country," Dwane Stone, Versar CEO.
