Nayak and Vueling to form a joint venture.

Nayaka, a Spanish low-cost airline, and Vueling, an aircraft maintenance company, agreed to form a joint venture. Nayak, via a joint venture, will provide Vueling maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
