Kairos Capital completed the acquisition of Pro-Fab Group from Wynnchurch Capital.

Kairos Capital, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Pro-Fab Group, a company specializing in the construction and installation of buildings, from Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By offering products of superior quality, delivered quickly with unparalleled support, we have become a leader in prefabricated buildings in Quebec and Ontario.
