Rotunda Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Refrigeration Sales, a distributor of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RSC has all the attributes we look for in a distributor.
