Acosta to acquire Impact Group from CI Capital Partners.

Acosta, a global integrated sales and marketing services provider, agreed to acquire Impact Group, a dynamic sales and marketing agency, from CI Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
