MediFox DAN to acquire Multiflex-Solutions.

MediFox DAN, a provider of healthcare management software and services, agreed to acquire Multiflex-Solutions, a provider of future-oriented software solutions for the areas of child, youth and family aid. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Multiflex-Solutions GmbH is an innovative company with a great history of growth and a real asset for us.
