MAIT to acquire abas Consulting and bytics for Manufacturers from bytics Group.

MAIT, a digital solutions provider, agreed to acquire abas Consulting, a developer of enterprise resource planning platform, and bytics for Manufacturers, a sales partner serving customer, from bytics Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Abas Consulting and MAIT Germany will benefit equally from the great know-how on both sides. Abas Consulting is a professional and human asset for MAIT Germany. We look forward to the new employees in our ranks, with whom we will look after our customers from 16 locations in Germany. After our acquisitions last year, we can already see the huge increase in performance thanks to the newly gained synergies," Matthias Habfast, MAIT Manager.
