MAIT, a digital solutions provider, agreed to acquire abas Consulting, a developer of enterprise resource planning platform, and bytics for Manufacturers, a sales partner serving customer, from bytics Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Abas Consulting and MAIT Germany will benefit equally from the great know-how on both sides. Abas Consulting is a professional and human asset for MAIT Germany.
